All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after shipment confirmation.

Rovitoo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Courier or carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- High-demand periods, holidays, or severe weather conditions
- Unexpected logistical disruptions or force majeure events

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete. Rovitoo will not be liable for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at rovitoo.shop@gmail.com. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rovitoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly.
